Time at the spa is supposed to be relaxing and positive. Here are some easy tips to answer some common questions….
Groupons are for new clients and are one Groupon per person. If you have already used a Groupon you no longer qualify to use a second Groupon. Groupons do not include 2% Minnesota care tax or gratuity. You will be asked to pay Minnesota care tax before you receive your first appointment. If your Groupon is expired the value you paid for the Groupon never expires you are able to use the expired Groupon towards a treatment of your choice you will need to pay the difference in price. The reason we do not accept expired Groupons is the campaign is set up to work with our schedule and bring in a certain number of guests per month. 2% Minnesota care tax is not included in our service menu pricing.
Gratuity is accepted for all personal services both laser hair removal as well as skin care, the same as any service industry.
No call no shows as well as clients canceling with in 24 hours of their appointment will be charged a cancelation fee at full value of appointment scheduled. Please respect our work schedule and help us keep our pricing low. I still have to pay staff in the event you do not come to your scheduled appointment.
Please turn cell phones off in the reception area and be courteous to other guests in the reception area.
Please do not bring children to your appointments. Children are not allowed in the treatment room and it does not work for us to watch your child while you are getting services done.
All sales are final, in the event you purchase and decide you do not want what you purchased you will receive store credit towards another service. This is to limit the amount of accounting, paperwork, and credit card service fees involved in refunds. All services and packages purchased expire, whether or not you have used them, 18 months from purchase date.
